How to make Dubai chocolate
🍫 Homemade Dubai Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
200 g dark or milk chocolate bar (choose your favorite)
50 g white chocolate (optional for decoration)
50 g pitted dates, finely chopped
50 g roasted almonds or pistachios, roughly chopped
1 tbsp butter
Chocolate molds
Instructions:
1. Melt the chocolate
Chop the chocolate bar into small pieces.
Melt using the double boiler method (a heatproof bowl over simmering water). Stir until smooth.
2. Add butter
Mix in 1 tbsp of butter and stir well to make the chocolate shinier and creamier.
3. Prepare the filling
Add the chopped dates and almonds/pistachios into the melted chocolate. Mix well.
4. Pour into molds
Pour the chocolate mixture into the molds.
If you want decoration, melt some white chocolate and drizzle lines or dots on top.
5. Chill
Place the molds in the refrigerator for about 1–2 hours until the chocolates set.
6. Unmold and serve
Once firm, carefully remove the chocolates from the molds.
Your homemade Dubai-style chocolates are ready to serve or pack beautifully.
👉 Tips:
You can substitute the filling with raisins, cashews, or hazelnuts.
For a more “luxury Dubai” feel, use high-quality couverture chocolate and wrap in golden foil or elegant gift boxes.
